Formerly homeless men and women often need support as they transition from our recovery programs to self-sufficiency. Our transitional apartments offer independent living with supportive services like counseling, life-skills classes, mentoring and group meetings. This extra support helps men and women maintain sobriety, find long-term housing and rebuild their lives.
